Previously, he served as Chairman and CEO of GENBAND, President and COO of Global Crossing, Partner at One Equity Partners, and Founding Partner of Extranet Venture Partners. David holds an MPS in Telecom, Tech & Media from New York University.

Alex Russo is a Partner at Activ8 Growth Partners with 36 years of experience spanning venture capital, IT services, marketing, cybersecurity, financial services, and law. He has held leadership roles including Board Member, Senior Advisor, President, and Executive Chairman across multiple industries. Phil Petzold is a seasoned financial executive with over 25 years of experience in strategic financial planning, budgeting, cash management, and debt/credit facility oversight.
